- Nothing else. The Site does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not run third-party trackers.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare your estimate.
- To schedule, perform, and follow up on concrete work you hire us for.
- To keep normal business records (quotes, invoices, project files).

How form submissions are delivered
When you submit a form on the Site, your information is transmitted over an encrypted connection and delivered to our email inbox by a website-services provider that operates form delivery on our behalf. That provider processes the submission only to deliver it to us and does not use it for any other purpose. If form delivery is unavailable, the Site may instead open your own email app with a pre-filled message so you can send it directly.
Calls, texts, and photos
If you call or text us (including sending project photos), we use that information only to communicate with you and price your project. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply. We will not enroll you in automated marketing texts.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and project records only as long as reasonably needed for business, warranty, insurance, tax, and legal purposes, then dispose of them.
Third-party links
The Site links to our profiles on services like Instagram and Facebook. Those platforms have their own privacy practices, which we don't control — check their policies before using them.
Children
The Site is a business website for concrete services and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
