If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Site. These terms cover use of the website itself — any concrete work we perform for you is governed by a separate written estimate or contract.
1. The Site is informational
Content on the Site — service descriptions, photos, project examples, and typical timelines — is provided for general information about our work. It isn't a binding offer, and details can change without notice.
2. Estimates
- Any figure provided through the Site, by phone, by text, or from photos is a preliminary estimate only and is not binding.
- Final pricing and scope are set only after we evaluate the project (usually with a site visit) and both parties sign a written estimate or contract.
- "Free estimate" refers to the estimate itself; it does not obligate either party to proceed.
3. Using the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site — including submitting false or misleading inquiries, sending spam through our forms, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site, or scraping content for commercial use.
4. Our content
The Site's text, photographs of our projects, logo, and branding belong to Envision Concrete LLC. You may not copy or use them commercially without our written permission.
5. Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use this Site, including people who use assistive technology. 7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Envision Concrete LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or anything agreed in a signed contract for concrete work.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Envision Concrete LLC harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms.
9. Third-party services
The Site links to third-party platforms (such as Instagram and Facebook) and uses service providers to deliver form submissions. We aren't responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Spartanburg County, South Carolina.
